SPARC Infrastructure

All data are organized according to a common standard, the SPARC Dataset Structure and annotated with community ontologies, making browsing and viewing datasets easy and ensuring that all data published on the SPARC Portal is FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable). Users can interact with the data through online viewers, interactive 2D and 3D maps, and the o2S2PARC computational modeling platform. Users can download individual files and zipped datasets or access data directly on the cloud via Amazon Web Services (AWS).
