# SPARC Workspace on Pennsieve

You will be using the [Pennsieve Data Management platform](https://discover.pennsieve.io/), managed by DAT-Core, to submit your dataset to the <Anchor target="_blank" href="https://sparc.science/">SPARC Portal</Anchor>. You will gain access to Pennsieve in one of two ways:

* If you have [submitted a dataset request](https://sparc.science/contact-us?source_url=/\&type=research) and it has been approved, the Curation team will create a dataset for you on Pennsieve and email you an invitation.
* Please talk to the Curation team if you belong to a Consortium that SPARC supports. You may need to fill out this [Pennsieve Account Request form](https://docs.sparc.science/docs/data-submission-walkthrough#pennsieve:~:text=You%20will%20be,sparc.science.) to request access to the correct workspace, such as the SPARC, PRECISION, or RE-JOIN, and set up your account.
