New Flatmaps with updated SCKAN knowledge have been released

Map-viewer updates:

Flatmaps viewer update:

• Support new flatmaps
• Sidebar now display single listing of connectivity with improve UI and display difference in SCKAN and MAP
• Connectivity graph can now be opened into a separate pane on the map-viewer

Scaffold viewer UI updates:

• Primitives settings are now located above the region tree

Simulation viewer updates:

• Add the ability to track multiple runs
• Ability to toggle live run
• Ability to change colours of the trace
