* Micro CT viewer for OME-TIFF. Eyeball Icon to left of file opens viewer for .ome.tiff files. Uses @Pennsieve-viz/micro-ct lib.

* Migrate some of metrics values to new endpoint. Values should be more accurate. UI updated to be more meaningful.
* Migrated email services from SendGrid to MailSender

  * Built with latest version of simulationvuer which is now built with OpenCOR
  * Make searching more consistent between Dataset and Connectivity explorer ABI-Software/map-sidebar#201
  * Improve zoom in and out for scaffold in some cases
